Training

Running a 10K is an incredible achievement. The earlier you start your training, the better, and there are plenty of guides around to help you prepare.

If you need any help with your training, our fundraising team can advise you on training plans and how best to get ready for the challenge.

You can pick your race number up from The Forum on Friday 14th July (9am-6pm) or Saturday 15th July (9am -4pm).

Are there water stations and first aid points on the route?

There are three first aid points and water stations on the route:

  • Carrow Road – 3.5 km
  • Norwich Cathedral – 7.5km
  • Finish Line – 10km

A full medical team is also based at the Race Village at Chapelfield Gardens post-race.

There’s no better way to see the fine city of Norwich, it was my first time doing the race last year and it was incredible, the perfect opportunity to raise money for local people affected by cancer!
