Take part in our Service User Experience Questionnaire to help us improve our service.

All throughout February Big C Support & Information Centres are running our annual Service User Experience Questionnaire. It’s an opportunity for those of you using one of our Centres to let us know how we’re doing, and what we could do to improve.

Your feedback matters to us at Big C. We strive to offer outstanding services and to provide excellent support to all who need us. Completing a questionnaire only takes a few minutes, but it can help us at Big C monitor and improve the quality of services for current and future Service Users.
