Inspire Races continue to support Big C during Covid-19

Despite an extremely tough year for the events industry, this week long-term supporters of Big C, Inspire Races, donated a further £423.78 to the cancer support charity.

Inspire Races are a local Norfolk based company who specialise in organising outdoor sports events. They have supported Big C for more than 7 years now and have helped raise thousands of pounds for the charity through their events.

Sally Jane Redington, Events Manager at Inspire Races, said: “Big C is our chosen charity because of all the great work the charity does in the field of research into such an important area, changing the lives of thousands of people. Working with Big C gives us, our staff and many of our customers who donate a sense that we are doing something that can help others. The Big C volunteers who come along to support at our events are always extremely helpful, friendly and always go the extra mile to help runners and supporters”.

Inspire Races will be supporting Big C again this year with a number of events, including their Broads Walk Challenge which will see participants take on 25km, 50km or 90km routes around The Broads National Park.

Tom Holmes, Events & Engagement Manager at Big C, said: “We’re very grateful to Inspire Races for their most recent donation and also for their many years of support. We’re really looking forward to getting back to in-person events this summer and we’re particularly looking forward to working with Inspire again on the Broads Walk Challenge in June and the Colour 5k in July.
